Welcome to FunZone Canberra. By entering our premises, purchasing tickets, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FunZone Canberra Pty Ltd (ABN 12 345 678 901). Please read these terms carefully before visiting our park.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not enter or use our facilities. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone who does not comply with these terms.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by Australian Consumer Law. Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified at the time of purchase. Entry to the park is subject to availability and may be restricted during peak periods or special events.
We offer various ticket types including single-day admission, annual passes, and group bookings. Prices are subject to change without notice. Special promotions or discounted tickets may have additional terms and restrictions.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18 years or older) at all times within the park. We reserve the right to verify ages and may request identification.

Each attraction has specific safety requirements including minimum and maximum height, weight, and age restrictions. Guests must comply with all posted requirements. Pregnant women, persons with heart conditions, back problems, or other health concerns should not ride certain attractions. Consult with staff if you have questions about specific restrictions.
Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically and mentally capable of safely experiencing our attractions. By entering the park, you confirm that you do not have any condition that would make participation dangerous to yourself or others.
First aid services are available throughout the park. In case of emergency, immediately notify the nearest staff member. We are not responsible for providing ongoing medical care or medications.
Participation in amusement park activities involves inherent risks. By entering FunZone Canberra, you acknowledge and accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, or consumer rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Lost items should be reported to our Guest Services desk. We will make reasonable efforts to secure and return lost property, but we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of after 90 days.
FunZone Canberra reserves the right to photograph and video record guests within the park for security, marketing, and operational purposes. By entering the park, you consent to being photographed or filmed and grant us the right to use such images for promotional purposes without compensation.
Professional photography or videography for commercial purposes requires prior written permission. Guests may take personal photos and videos but must not interfere with park operations or other guests' enjoyment.

Special terms may apply to special events, birthday parties, group bookings, or private functions. These will be communicated at the time of booking. Event cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at booking.
Alcohol is not sold or permitted within FunZone Canberra. Any guest found to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will be refused entry or removed from the premises. We reserve the right to conduct breathalyzer or other tests if intoxication is suspected.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed within the park or on our website are owned by FunZone Canberra or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Any disputes arising from these terms or your visit to FunZone Canberra will be governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the ACT.
We encourage guests with concerns or complaints to contact our Guest Services team first. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and at park entrances. Your continued use of the park after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
